Here are some pictures of a set of two different drivng and fog lamps made by Hella of Germany. One was built for Mercedes-Benz starting in 1950s part # 000 820 3156 and used on the 300SL, 190 Paton and later up graded from a 35 watt 12V bulb to an H-3 bulb #000 820 5656 for the W114 sedans & coupes 250-C through 280-C This early type lamp fog only is out of production and there for parts are a problem to come by exsample The 5 1/2inch lens and gasket.
The newly released classic line form Hella is a model 160 part#1F4 002 608 001 all chrome backing with a 6 inch flat lens "these are driving lamps showen" and are availible here again in the USA. Cost is about $50.00 each not sold in pairs
both unites will work well and compliment the lighting needed for cayon roads and spirted driving. The orginal lamps form Mercedes-Benz were also made with a H-3 bulb for use on the 250-c and 280-C coupe versions of the W114 befor being fased out of production with new Headlight fog lamp technology.
