My kingpins are tight and appear to have been replaced at some stage in the past. My question relates to the amount of play that is acceptable in the upper and lower knuckles/bushes. I appear to have about 1 to 2mm play in the bushes and unsure whether just to replace the bushes/bolts only or whether I actually need to replace the entire kingpin with top and bottom knuckles. The bolts and bushes appear to have a bit of wear in them so maybe only they need replacing. I'd be interested to hear others opinions and experiences.
