Took some more pictures of my recent purchase

Cleaned up the interior some.

Hope to yank out that old Blaupunkt soon.

Gave it a polish and wax.  Poor thing was heavily oxidized on the trunk/boot and hood/bonnet.

Can't wait to get my cusomized euro plate on the front.  US plate just doesn't look right on that thin bumper.

Keeping the rear plate as-is (tabs good until 2020 that the PO paid for last mo).

Front plate will look like this:

 I have been following your posts and I will add my congratulations to you on acquiring what looks to be a beautiful Pagoda and at a GREAT price. When polishing it to remove the oxidation, could you determine if the paint was original?

Looks like the left door was redone, at least from the top of the body line down, but the rest sure seemed original.

When I compounded the paint, it came off on the buffing pad, so definitely no clear coat.   I'm no expert, but there are quite a few spots of touch-up, so I think it's all original (except that door).
