Short block advice

It appears that after 181,000 miles it is time to rebuild the engine for the first time. I am considering buying a remanufactured short block from Metric Motors in California. Does anyone have experience with their engines?

Yes. I have a new Metric engine. My understanding is that they have a very good reputation.

I also understand they are one of the best in the business. I had a similar engine (W180) done 10+ years ago. -JP-
