Italian lights
« on: October 02, 2020, 17:06:14 »
I am working on an Italian delivery 280SL that has some, uhh, electrical challenges.  Among them, the little round marker lights are in place but not connected.

When should these lights illuminate?  Are they like US side markers, or do they flash with the turn signals, or both?

Thanks and stay safe,

CT

I believe they should flash with the turn signals.  At least they do on my Alfa.

So they should flash along with the lights at the top of the headlights?  They currently flash as turn signals.

That's what they are: turn signals. Italian road regulations.

Hey CT................

My 67 Italian car's round lights on the front fenders come on with the parking and/or headlights.  They do not flash with turn signals.

Don't know if my Italian round lights are wired correctly, but I have had the car since 1983 and I have made no changes.
