I thought I would share it...
I sent my Becker Europa to the SL Shop for overhaul. Couple of weeks later I received a box with a radio back. I unpacked it to find inside a Becker Europa - much newer, better and nicer than mine... I wrote to the SL Shop and advised them that I got somebody else's radio back. I wrote I did not mind it as it looked much better than mine, but I thought they might have had an angry customer receiving mine radio instead of his...
They wrote back explaining a tragic story: the courier lost my radio between the radio shop and their store, so they sent me another one back - one that was indeed better than mine...
Is it not great customer service? Thank you SL Shop!
