Non resistor spark plugs
« on: November 08, 2020, 12:59:24 »
Hello guys ,
I wanted your opinion about the use of non resistor spark plugs for our car. My mechanic installed in my car by mistake a set of ngk bpr5es. I noticed that the car produce more black smoke than normal . I have been using Bp5es for many years with great results.
Recently I have seen a video regarding the voltage of non resistor vs resistor and the result was very clear . A non resistor plug produce almost 3 times an higher voltage compared to a resistor (30.000kvolts vs 12.000kvolts).
Having said that , I think the best option will be always the use of non resistor plugs . I hope they will be available for many years .
I wanted to share this with you.
