First you will need the data. You should be able to order that for a fee from the Mercedes Classic Center. Expect them to ask for some information to prove you are the owner.

Apparently, what you will get from them will not resemble the data card that was originally supplied with the W113. If that is something that would interest you then the suggested vendor in the previous post has posted examples of his work and how he replicated the color, card stock and print font found on original data cards.

Contact Mercedes Classic Center - provide ownership proof via email - pay $150 - you will receive the data card info via email.  It may or may not look like the original data card but you will have all the data.
