Supplier of repro Bosch horns

Has anyone had experience with a manufacturer/repair shop in Tbilisi Georgia, Imperial Horns, who seem to be making horns described as Bosch patent? 
I came across them looking on eBay for a pair of HO/FDG 12 and saw a variety of vintage Bosch horns but also those marketed as Imperial.  As eBay seller appear to have a Delaware location/freight forwarder.
