Repair service for capillary line

Well I found out what a capillary line was the hard way. Shvegel explained to me why my thermometer wasn’t working after I reinstalled my engine.

Luckily I found Joes Speedometer in Reseda California. Turned it around in less than a week for $160. Nice guy great service.

Many years back, Palo Alto rebuilt all my instrumentation and the price wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. They came highly recommended by many, they were quick and easy to deal with.
Last time I talked with them, it was almost like they couldn't be bothered with Mercedes folks. They had a 6-month backlog and most of it, Porsche. So who needs us?

The temperature guage wouldn't work. Works great now.
