Do those parts go across the 250SL range, or are they just for the early cars, up to VIN 2979??

There is a part number of 115 464 0342 (only one number) listed as a pad for 250SL (from 2980) thru 280SL.

These are from the German club parts book, I do not have the full catalog with me now.

Jonny,

The 230sl and early 250SL horn pad is different to the later horn pad. The early pad has a different spacing for the rear mountings.

You could try Gernold' www.sltechw113.com site for the early horn pad.
