COLOR IDENTIFICATION PLATE 230SL 1964

HI FRIENDS.
I PURCHASED A 1964 230SL A FEW MONTHS AGO. REVIEWING THE PARTS, I CAN'T FIND THE COLOR IDENTIFICATION PLATE. IF I AM NOT WRONG IN THIS MODEL IT GOES IN THE A-PILLAR, IS IT SO?
IF I CAN'T FIND IT, IS THERE ANY WAY TO BUY IT WITH THE DATA THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOU?

Color plate is in the engine compartment. On the inside of the left fender.

Do keep in mind that these color data plates were moved in early 1964 from a-pillar to inside engine compartment.   

So if your 230 is was built in 1963 or very early 1964 hours may have been on A-piller. Otherwise see link to find it.  If removed you can order data card from Mercedes classic center or some dealers.  Sometimes Mercedes charges $150   In USA I assume €150 in Europe.
