Thanks for the link Pawel, Great stuff! I was lucky enough to see these two (along other racing greats) on the Saturday before the 1976 Long Beach F1 race. Dan Gurney eventually won driving a '59 BRM with Brabham in a '59 Cooper and Fangio in his '55 W196 coming in 2nd and 3rd. An interesting side note is Mercedes rented the Ontario Motor Speedway to allow Fangio to reacquaint himself with the W196 before the race. While running a hot lap, he blew a piston and Mercedes, instead of making the repair on site, flew over an identical car for the race.
