Are these 050 white ? any rust or is that the shadows ?

Yes, they ate 050 white, but the the paint is thin and the chrome needs to be polisded.
I havent looked at the hubcaps since i put buttons back on my '65.
2 hubcaps have dents where it appears that someone used a wrench to remove them.
