Rarest option ever!
« on: October 08, 2021, 03:29:00 »
My car has the optional hood washer.  Not sure what I was thinking that day.

Awesome..., That option works well when traveling in excess of 85 mph (136 kmh), it creates a fine mist to cover the entire windshield area. Therefore, it enhances the effectivity of the wiper blades.

Maybe that how they got the idea for the headlight washer.

Remembers me being young ,

In my W123 , adjusted the washernozzles to the extreme corner.

Then for the traffic lights next to other cars in line, i could not resist a bit of sideways  spraying ......

We did the same thing only a bit differently.

We used to go to a local A&W to get something to eat. The food was delivered to you while you sat in your car so we would turn the spray nozzle around so that it would shoot in front of the car. A small shot as the waitress walked by and she could never figure out where the rain was coming from.  :o
Rather frat boy stuff but it was pretty funny at the time. :D
