If the bearing is still good, you might try polishing it. The aluminum should polish up very nicely.
I would try eBay. I was amazed at the misc parts I could find.
You may save the original. Try dry blasting it first to remove the damage and oxidation than low pressure glass beads/vapour honing may do the finishing trick. I was able to save quite a few pieces that way.Here are 2 examples;
Just for future reference - when you go put on this / a replacement bracket, those small nuts go on the opposite direction. The little 'cones' help center the bearing onto its mounting place 'just right'. Apparently it does make a difference.
I probably have one of those things. I would recommend new bushings at both ends.
