Original Hose clamps - finally gone
« on: November 15, 2021, 03:53:38 »
Finally removed the last original clamps and hoses - the twisty ones with the strap. I removed several when I got the car years ago as I replaced some hoses. However, thought I should really replace any remaining  53 year old hoses as I do drive the 250 quite a bit and often take long trips.

Sad day, but they had to go to keep the car reliable.  I have new 9mm strap and twisty clamps but they are such a pain that I opted to reach into my bag of Norma clamps.  Had to cut the hoses to ease removal.
