M130 04 Cam Square Chamber Head

Camshaft for M130 engine. Stamped 04. Number 180 0518 601 With journal towers. Small diameter 48mm. Some wear shown on journals, cam lobes are great.
Came off a head with square combustion chambers 130 016 00 01
Likely for W108 or W111
Asking $350.00 plus shipping, obo
