Hello Cory,

Welcome.

Your question isn’t specific enough. Where did you fill with coolant? “Center rear” what? Did you start the car and let it come up to temperature? Did you drive it?

Did you wash the car before noticing the leak?  What do you mean by "center rear?"

Car has not run over a year. I filled the coolant tank, started car and ran for five minutes.
Saw slow coolant from overflow and then say water, not coolant coming from back center of car.. not coolant. Didnt wash car, but maybe from rain a month ago.. Not sure.
Decided to turn off engine.

Car not started in over year and half. Ifilled the coolant tank, started car. Noticed slight overflow from coolant tank, but also water at a steady flow from center rear of car that was not
green coolant. Decided to turn off engine .

I just filled coolant tank and started the car. did not drive.
I noticed small amoutn of coolant leakig from tank overflow, but there was a small steady stream of liquid, not coolant coming from passenger side center.

It sounds to me like you have a rain water leak someplace, if you have the car outside and rain water may have come in.
It is odd though that it would start to leak out only because you started the engine, and did not move the car or do something else, although just sitting in it may have shifted the weight enough for the water to start flowing out.
Either way I would get to the bottom of this, since standing water is a recipe for disaster (rust).

Did the coolant travel down the transmission tunnel then drop to the ground?

Poster says it is water not coolant. One small taste and you can tell the difference for sure.

Do you have an air conditioner installed…, perhaps condensation? Of course, if the compressor is running.
