1970 SL113 Tach Cable

Looking for a tachometer cable for my 1970 280SL. I saw a 2021 post by someone looking for a RHD tach cable, but mine is a LHD (not sure if that matters). Are they unavailable as well? If not, any ideas on where to find one?

My understanding is they don't make mercedes oem tach cables anymore but you can get repro easily.
