If I recall the at the bottom of the heater box there is a rubber buffer (like the two at the top) with M6 threads. I think it fastened to the bottom of the heater box at the center then attached to the small bracket you are missing. I too did not have that bracket so I fabricated one. I think it was just about an inch by 2 inches and maybe a 90 degree bend in middle. It has to have a hole in it for the M6 thread of the rubber buffer to fit into. Again, its been a while back but I think the bracket is fastened to the transmission hump maybe with an M6 screw and nut. You may have to do trial and error to get the angle of the bracket right. Its a bit of pain since there is almost no working room. Hope this helps. Lee
