Engine bay pictures
« on: August 08, 2023, 21:32:18 »
I'm new to this forum and I find it absolutely invaluable. I'm doing a partial Re-restoration to a 1971 280SL that has been sitting in a pole barn since 2008. I'm changing the fuel tank, rebuilt the fuel pump, replacing the power steering pump, replacing the front crank seal, water pump and every fluid carrying hose. That being said, it would be very helpful if I had a photo gallery of the engine compartment from different perspectives so I could get all my new hoses and lines routed correctly. Any ideas where I could find photos or even prints/diagrams?  Thx!

Getting to the historic site mentioned here should be productive.
