I assume that means you didn’t like my hot-smoked salmon?

(To be fair, you do have to go some to beat Peter’s salami and Parmesan.)

Very sensibly, neither did anyone else. It was rank.
But was a driver-friendly beverage before our wine-tasting.

Christel, my wife and I were "first timers" and this is definitely something we will repeat.
It was great, thank you very much for all the great preparations, and we met super nice Pagoda folks.

We, Petra and I thank Peter and James for the exelent organisation of the tour. The lunch with wine tasting was very good and the castle of Vianden impressive restored. In my youth I saw the castle several times as a ruin.

If there were unnamed helpers in the background a big thanks to them also. The accommodations, food and drink were excellent but the driving destinations and route planning were tops.

In spite of some dicey weather the event was a grand success!

What a great weekend in Luxemburg , we really enjoyed seeing all our friends again.
