A couple of questions I’m trying to figure out the headlights on my 1969 280se.
If I push the turn signal stalk forward for the high beams everything works as it should. Running lights, signal, hazards etc 100% functional lights.
If I just turn on the dash switch no head lights. If I pull the stalk towards me the headlights come on intermittently. When they are on the right single turns them off. If I wiggle the stalk or touch it the right way they come on. So I’m thinking I have a short or bad ground in the stalk somewhere.
How hard is it to remove the stalk? Has anyone done this? Any helpful YouTube videos?
