Hello everyone, after changing all of the ball joints of the connection and adjusting everything, I have stiffness when accelerating. When I detach the injection rod it is very flexible. When I move the injection rod alone it is also very flexible. The problem probably comes from this connecting rod. In my case the stem was bent originally. I have all the axes perfect. I tried to reverse the direction of the ball above. It's not better. Does anyone have an idea?

On my engine the rod between the cross-shaft lever and FIP is straight and it is attached on the outer part of the cross-shaft lever. Maybe if it is on the inside, like yours, it creates tensions.

It also appears that the rod is slightly bent, which would add tension.

The rod should be straight and 233mm from center of socket to center of socket. disconnect all other linkages and start there, with lever on the injection pump at its stop.
