I think some copies have sold for more than that over the past few years… In fact, I recall one close to $1000.

I have two copies, one still in its wrapper. Sort of a hedge against the spare parts price increases.

In a deal not likely to be repeated, EACH contributor crowd-sourced funded the book by advancing USD $90.00. They waited and eventually all received TWO copies of the book (one for the library and one for the boot/trunk and to take along)...along with a $120 refund...thus doing the math, each book cost each contributor a negative amount.

If a second edition is considered, I'd forward the funds for a few copies to help reach the minimum. It's a shame to see your book so rarefied and with such silly pricing from the scalpers.
