MB tex seat kit, what do you think?

Hello, and happy new year to all!
When looking for new seat upholstery, i came across this site SJS carstyling on ebay.
They offer seat kits for a reasonable price and are located in Germany, meaning I wouldn’t have to bother with import taxes…

Could any european member give me some advice ?
