I have received a number of personal inquiries regarding the purchase of volumes one and two. I have encouraged these members to post their wants here, but nobody has done so yet. Yes it’s a mystery.
We don’t really have these for sale any longer. These were one time projects. It is possible we could print these and incredibly small volumes, but nobody would want to pay the cost to do that.
If anybody has any of these for sale, please offer them for sale because others may want them.
As a reminder anytime we offer anything like this it is a one time project offered for a limited time. If you don’t act on it at that time, you will probably be disappointed.
