Block linkage repair
« on: Today at 06:19:55 »
Hi All

Anyone have access to the block linkage to give me some dimensions please? Mine has been modified at some stage and needs to be repaired. Distance between balls and distance from pivot to balls.
One photo is off my vehicle, other is borrowed from this site.

Thanks
David

Just for your consideration: this part is available at Mercedes, A 127 070 20 22, for less than a hundred US dollars (here in Europe).

You may be able to find a good used one at a breaker's yard, or (your equivalent of) Ebay. They don't wear out typically I would think (not sure whether there is a plastic bushing inside the pivot point).
