Is the noise when the engine is hot or when it is cold (warming up)?

when hot . it is the air adjusting screw near the ventury.

Are you sure you do not have an air leak somewhere else?  Sounds like the idle air inlet is trying too hard to pull air from in front of the venturi.  And if everything else (idle speed, timing, emissions) checks out OK, your engine may be getting the air it needs from somewhere else.  Check to be certain there is no leak past the butterfly at idle, also check

For diagnostics on air leak issues

Otherwise teach it to whistle something you like, and just enjoy it...
