This one seems bizarre to me. Don;t know what the BIN of $6,000 is about, cause it's not really there in the auction and it's just absurd.

Anyway, that's fleaBay.

Yes, absolutely.  The clear indicators of a fraud are the low price and the requirement to contact the seller offline before posting an offer.  They want to get you offline to hook you on the story about haw the car is somewhere remotely in the world where you can't inspect it, but because of a death in the family, they need a quick sell....
