A nice car. Surrised the Buy-It-Now has not been clicked yet.
The service records, cleanliness and originality (by that I mean it has seemingly not been touched) put it far above restored examples, in my opinion. If only it were a 230 or early 250 and a manual...

Wow, the famed White Diamond! I've read about it . . . on ebay. (Note sarcasm.)

Looks like a beautiful car, but someone painted the underside of the car black.  That seems a shame since the car looks like it could really score high at a concours.

Norton, You're right. There was a "Blue Diamond."  Probably the same seller, I think.

How cheesy and lame, check out this link...

Perhaps the car does have a problem since it didn't even come close to the Buy-it-now price of $44.9K whereas two others did, one for $37.5K and the other for $50.5K. Did the expert group here ever pick that one apart already?
Here they are:

On the blue '71 they list the car as having V6. Never noticed THAT on the options list! ;)

I don't mean to pick the car apart. It could very possibly be a decent example, but it is impossible to tell from pix over the Web--particularly since it's from a dealer who we've collectively questioned in the past and it's 050 white which is a very forgiving color in photos. I just think all the sales hype is silly. I can almost see their next restoration candidate. It'll be called the "Brown Diamond" . . . .

And then of course there will be the project car, "The Diamond in the Rough."
