I'm trying to become a better car photographer. I learned a few tips from this site:

Here are some samples of my I did in order to practise. Taken with a Canon 300D SLR using standard lenses. I added a little extra color saturation in Irfanview

Nice pix. I like the lighting. These are some of the better pix posted. There's at least 3 professional photographers in this forum who have also posted some very nice pix.
Although it's always fun to see pix from owners, many of the pix shared here break some cardinal rules of car photography. For example, you should never photograph your car with a tree or telephone pole sticking up through it in the background. That's pretty basic. Also, the time of day for the shoot is critical since the sun's reflections can really overwhelm the shot.
I'd love to hear more about technique from other shooters out there. This is a new area for us to explore.
