DELIVERY
Effected with delivery note and invoice to follow. The consignment is dispatched by parcels service. Any external damage to the transport packaging should be reported to the carriers on receipt of the goods. The goods shall remain property of DaimlerChrysler AG until payment has been made in full. The offer is not binding and applies as long as stocks last. There is no legal claim to delivery.
SALE OR RETURN IF NOT SATISFIED / COMPLAINTS
It is only possible to exchange / return the goods supplied in the 'Original' packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of the delivery date. No return right exists with contracts for the supply of software, if the supplied data media were unsealed by the buyer. DaimlerChrysler AG shall bear the cost of return dispatch of the goods. In case of complaints, kindly contact our service telephone number.

SHARE OF DISPATCH COSTS WITHIN GERMANY
The cost of dispatch amounts to € 5.11 per delivery within Germany. There are no second costs of forwarding and packaging for subsequent deliveries of articles out of stock at the original consignment.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in EURO including Value Added Tax. They are valid ex warehouse (unwrapped) and are subject to misprints.
WITHIN GERMANY : TERMS FOR DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Payment within two weeks on receipt of the invoice by credit transfer giving the following details : - Debtor's account number and
- Invoice number
All the necessary particulars are given on the invoice.
OUTSIDE GERMANY: TERMS FOR DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Consignments will only be sent outside Germany against prior payment. Send us your order - we notify you of further procedure.
DELIVERY PERIODS
We shall supply you as quickly as possible. On receipt of orders delivery periods amount to 3 (three) working days on average within Germany. At your request we can dispatch the goods to you per Express on the day after the order. In this case the costs within Germany will amount to € 15.34 as a lump sum.
