If you mean the large rear glass on the hardtop. That glass is held in by the rubber strip much like the front windshield. The difference is the rubber strip does not have a groove for the chrome plated brass strips, like the front with the polished anodised aluminum trim.
The rear goes in without any trim and then the trim covers it. The two pieces like angles go into the clips provided and the very ends near the bottom are held by screws. The large bow shaped one then goes over the base of the hardtop-held by small screws underneath, while going under a small lip in the rubber seal right below the glass. This is a very difficult maneuver as it requires patience and perseverance.
