Nice car Eduardo! And a very nice story too, that this car returned to the family.
Just a few things I noted that you may want to consider at some stage:
- on most cars, the lower door sills (area below the doors) is (and was originally) painted flat black. Especially on lighter colored cars such as yours, this makes the car look much lighter/slimmer
- also the flat metal area behind the grille is usually painted flat black
- the center steering wheel pad looks like it should be white rather than black
- the original fuel cap was most likely chrome
- also the inside rearview mirror originally would have been chrome I believe
- the 230 SL's had different style hubcaps (two piece rather than one piece)
- you are probably aware the car is missing its sunvisors
