Convertible top info
« on: March 05, 2007, 23:07:10 »
Being a new owner of a 67 250 4speed I have a question on the top hardware. The assist springs are not on the top bows.I can find the anchor spots on the fender wells but where do they go on the top bow? Any ideas or photos of what I should be looking for?
Thanks for any assist...

Look at the parts book. My car didn't have the springs either. After I installed them, I find that the top comes out from the stored position much easier. That's where the springs help. It's worthwhile.
