headlight dash plate
« on: March 20, 2007, 12:43:28 »
The little black rectangular plate behind the headlight switch on my dash has been loose since I had the car (you can spin it behind the switch), and I want to affix it to the dash so it stays in one place.

QUESTION - on which side (right or left) of the switch is the little light graphic supposed to be on?  Mine is a 1971 U.S. auto, if that makes any difference.

Thanks!

Mine is also on the right.  Probably on the right side because you turn the knob to the right in order to turn the lights on?

I've not got one of those

I also don't have one telling me how to work the vent sliders

Was it a US spec thing or am I missing some vital part?
