Interesting Trades
« on: April 02, 2007, 11:23:37 »
Two weeks ago, I was driving along a major street in my 220SL, when waiting at a light a fellow in a 90's Dodge Viper, in bright red color, asked me if we could trade cars on the spot.
Well, while the offer was tempting, I'm afraid I'm still stuck with the pagoda.  I told him he had a nice car, and that I'm keeping mine.
Anybody else have the same experience?

Think ishould have gone ahead and traded?

Walter,

It might have been interesting to have traded cars for a little bit, say maybe 2-3 hours.  You could have taken turns following each other if you wanted to keep your Pagoda in sight.

I am in the process of trading my merc for a bentley T2 in concourse condt. Just cant bring the kids out in the SL. I am sure I'll take a financial hit as time marches on this trade but I have lost so much money in trading cars over the years thats its the norm now....keeps me sane!

Have an affair with the Viper but marry the pagoda!  You made the right choice.
