Pagoda Sighting: Jay Leno (Tonight Show)
« on: April 10, 2007, 07:33:46 »
Did anyone besides me see the Pagoda driving off the road and down a cliff the other night on Jay Leno's "Tonight Show"?  It was one of his [in]famous film clips used to illustrate (tongue in cheek here)one of his monologue jokes.  It was an aerial shot, and only for a moment, but it looked like a Pagoda to me...

If it was silver it was probably from the movie Intersection.

That stunt was shot just before they placed the car in a river in Germany for a while ... Current planning is to use it, once properly restored, for shooting the remake of 'two for the road'.
