“5 MERCEDES SISTERS”.
« on: May 25, 2007, 15:21:35 »
Hello,
I was contacted by a local TV station  to do a segment on my Cars in their weekly Car program. So I thought that it was a great opportunity for me line them up and take  a Family Shot of the “FIVE MERCEDES SISTERS”.
I had never seen them all lined up together before and couldn’t believe what a wonderful vision! I felt a lot of pride & joy for having restored these gorgeous works of Art

Following are a few photos.. Enjoy

I've worked on all of these models. Some of best cars ever built that look this nice.
I'm doing a 1960 220SE Cab. Which one is the 220 and the 111 Cab.?

Hope the sixth sibling is a Panzer-inside the gate-with a couple 88s.

I thought the sixth sibling was a W111 coupe.  How is the restoration coming along on that one Malek?

I just turned green with envy after seeing those snaps.
I am gunning for a 220S or a 300 in the next year or so, so I might use your photos to convince my wife. I see the line of arguement going something like:

"I don't think it's over the top having 2 classic cars. See Mal's got 5 of them"

Well done mate, you should be very happy.
