'71 280 SL oil filter replacement recommendation

I see a lot of listings on EBay for "New Mercedes-Benz lot of 4 oil filters, manufactured by Mann. The Original Equipment Manufacturer!"
The filter currently in the car is (I *THINK*) a Bosch.

Questions:
Is Mann truely the OEM filter supplier?
Are these filters the right quality?
Is a lot of 4 filter kits with the price of $23.95 a good price?
 {$16.95(US) + $7.00(US) ... assuming I win the bid at $16.95}

Van Dijk lists the filters at $7,50 each. That includes the metal washers and the large skinny rubber ring. The other rubber rings (bottom 2 and top 1) are another $3 but these do not require replacing that often. The manufacturers that I am aware of, that are all OEM, are Hengst, Knecht and Mann. You have to be sure that the filters are the right type of course.

Blair,
The correct Mann (Yes, it is OEM)  oil filter part # is H720x.
Older numbers were H720 and H720/2
