I just finished replacing the carpets and leather seats and trim( kick and quarter panels, leather jump seat)
and the chrome on the thresholds.
You are smart to decide in advance to do the threshold trim. I didn't realize how bad it looked until it was next to the nice new leather and carpets so I decided to do it after the carpet was down which made it a bit trickier.

I used Bud's Benz and they were great. I replaced the horse hair backs and bottoms. The leather seat covers fit great. All of the carpet pieces fit well too. I ordered a half hide of leather to match the seats so I could re-cover the above mentioned trim pieces.
Besides the material being excellent fit and quality, Brad Shore, the salesman was very helpful with tips and suggestions, as he worked in the shop for 20 years doing most aspects of MB restoration.
I haven't done the door panels or the dash yet but when I do, I'll be calling them.
