Yes. Unfortunately they are only available with a new relay.

Interesting subject. I have hunted high&low for a rubber grommet the correct size&shape (square profile). Asked lots of German suppliers, and German M-B clubs (this part is fitted to all M-B of the period). No success.
Best bet until now is to glue one together, make the part from two rubber discs, with a smaller dia piece in between. Save the brass center from the original part, insert into the "sandwich".
I do not really understand why Bosch won't sell the separate grommet. As Tom writes, they do come attached if one buys a new relay (expensive...).
A Bosch part No would be great

When I need to make my own grommets, I start with rubber hose and faucet washers.

You could always check a Mercedes salvage yard, thats where I got some of mine. Typical problem, relay is fine but rubber grommets dried out and cracked. They will also most likely sell you the whole relay for 5-10 bucks. These relays usually don't go bad, and can be easily rehabed (mostly)by bending back the crimped points, and gently passing some 1500 wet/dry paper between the relay contacts. Slide  through the contacts a thick piece paper soaked in alcohol/laquer thinner (let dry)test using battery charger or battery and you have a spare relay to boot along with your other spares in the car. (fuses, points, rotor, cap, condeser) 8)

I agree with Markus, I found thes.  You can find these relays in salvage yards, bought the entire used relay, just for bushings.  You will find these in several MB models 1965-1980.
