Grommets for positive battery cable

Does anyone now of a replacement for the grommets that secure the positive battery cable around the oil pan? I understand there is no part number for this through my local Mercedes-Benz dealer. Any suggestions on where I can fine a subsitute would be appreciated.

I would measure the hole and the cable and take a trip to NAPA. Surely they have something close enough. I've thought about this myself.
