That is a very handy site Alfred

I just found out that my option code 471 is "SPECIAL EXPORT VERSION FOR BAD ROAD CONDITIONS AND OIL BATH AIR CLEANER ON EXPORT VEHICLES", no doubt attributable to the state of roads here down under (not any better since 1966!).

I also have option code 619 which is the Euro style halogen headlights (with integrated fog lamps), plus orange rear lamp turn signals (for Aussie/UK/Italian cars).

Thanks Alfred for that list of codes. Indeed a great source.  As the car was a UK delivered car, that would make sense that it was a UK option.

Hey Frank, I had better get an oil bath air cleaner . The roads are shocking down here. I thought all the road funds went up your way!!!

Naah not really Naj,
Instead, this is good stuff   : SA code 230 and 232 means that ZF 5-speed gear box with the proverbial 1:4,08 rear axle ratio
(that all ZF equippped W113 were delivered with) were factory installed in this car.

I have had the car 5 years and have driven it around with a 4 speed thinking that it was as original!!!

Only got a copy of my data card three weeks ago and I am not sure if I am lucky or going to be broke. Now I am on a search for the holy grail. ZF S5-20

Think I have found one but still trying to get further details/condition and part numbers to check.

Would be nice to get the car as original as possible.

Garry, as you know, Sydney roads are a joke. I think some biased bureaucrats down your way, siphoned off our road funding to build & maintain some lovely lakes so that Canberra drivers can pretend they are taking an ocean-side drive

My car has code 320 on the data card also --

Anyone know what "ADDITIONAL PLATE AND REAR SEAT BENCH STOP" means or is?

My car does not have a rear seat.

Attached a photo of the car in 1993 -- is this silver plate on the rear shelf for 320? (or is this standard on all cars)?
