I investigated this via people that were selling random Merc armrests and non of them claimed that they would fit at all. I always remember the drop in one I had in my fin tail and how useful it was. I asked Kevin O'Keefe about making one for me but he seemed reluctant. I have looked at other custom ones but they just look home made. Looking at the photo in my earlier post it does show that it's possible. Any ideas anyone?

Just picked up this new Schatz armrest on EBAY along with some 1960 era seatbelt retractors...
