You have a few choices. I am not sure exactly when the carpets changed from the "square weave" to the loop - someone here will know or you could do a search on it. The loop is certainly easier to get hold of in a range of colours.

The original carpet for the 230sL was a "Haargarn Boucle" carpet (commonly called "square weave" in English speaking countries). "Velour" (or "Nylon loop") carpets are appropriate for a 280SL.
The quality among currently available carpets is quite variable and my advice is to search for a carpet with a high thread count per square centimeter (= Fine Boucle) and one that has a good backing.
There are some pictures in this thread that may be of some help for you:

The color code for the original carpet in your car is listed on the data card, see: http://www.sl113.org/wiki/pmwiki.php?n=DataCard.DataCards).
If you like your current brown carpet you should not have a problem finding one, or another color that you like, but I would stay away from eBay vendors.
In addition to Cabrio.de, this company also has a wide selection of Boucle carpets: http://www.werner-interieur.de/index.php?cat=4
but you would need to call them.

I can see that the change are on 250SL

All 230sl and 250sl Hasta 002979 Use square weave:

And 250sl later than 002980 and all the 280SL use "2-tone-loop":

What you think about this images, it is correct??

Wthat is better option Grey or Antrazit with black seats??
Somebody have some image of the grey with black seats?? or any other option with black doors and seats??

Your car appears to be painted in some beige or white color, correct? It is difficult to see but are the seats and doors black or dark brown? And is this the original color combination as indicated on the data card?

The car is on White whith doors and seats in black,
The carpet have a undefined color (braun / grey / Black) in very bad condition.

I'm thinking what is the best color option for my car.
