Rene, To replace the side quarter windows, I placed the top on its back in my living room on the carpet. I taped plastic on the headliner to protect it and then applied a silicone spray to the rubber and the window channel. Be sure the rubber seal is on the right direction, it is easy to put it on backwards because it looks symetrical. Also, the lower chrome moulding must go on first because it hooks over the bottom of the window frame. I then gently pushed and pried on the glass with one or two thin putty knives at the round edge of the glass from inside. Since the top is upside down you are actually trying to pull the glass up into the channel. My first attempt took two hours and then I noticed the rubber was inside out. Only way to remove it was cut out the rubber. Next attempt with new rubber took one half hour, I worked very slowly so as not to damage the headliner, chrome or glass. Good luck.
