these documents are important inasmuch buyers very often look for the car history, both owners and maintenance history. A car that has all books and maintenance and repair documentation will sell better and faster than a car without them.
Your car was obviously sold by the Mercedes Benz Branch (Niederlassung) in Offenbach, Germany.
Jaus (?) + Heinsdorf GmbH (the photo is a bit out of focus) was the buyer, i.e. first owner (Besitzer). As such, it is probably a German version; if you have the data card, that will confirm it.
It would be great if you also have all the info since then, including export etc. But at least, continue keeping all records while you own the car, the next owner will be happy about that.
